A public university built in collaboration with DCAMM includes teaching and research labs that flank a large atrium space with ground floor lounge and study areas, and additional levels of break areas with built-in benching.  MoharDesign used a palette that would respond to the existing building palette while infusing ‘fresh’ accent colors, and impactful porcelain tile pattern in the atrium, corresponding to resilient flooring patterns on the upper levels.
