A public university built in collaboration with DCAMM includes teaching and research labs for the College of Science and Mathematics and Psychology Department. MoharDesign provided FF&E services for all furniture and fabrics, and facilitated the procurement of all FF&E via Massachusetts State Contracts. The building includes multiple research labs, office and conference rooms, and a large atrium with lounge and café seating that can be converted into a large event space. There are multi-leveled break and collaboration areas as well.
