New construction of research building for the Departments of Fisheries and Oceanography, Estuarine and Ocean Sciences and Marine Fisheries. A public university built in collaboration with DCAMM including specialized research laboratories, teaching labs and classrooms, conference spaces, dean’s suite , private and open offices. MoharDesign developed a palette derived from organic aquatic colors and textures. Furniture was selected during sample tests and ultimately procured under budget, via state public bids.
