Each level of the four-story building is designed as an open environment that promotes optimal collaboration, accessibility, and flexibility. The office and write-up areas have very few walls, all of which are transparent. The faculty offices are arranged in small clusters toward the center of the space, creating free zones near the exterior windows for open collaborative groupings and flexible workstations. Write-up stations are reconfigurable, featuring multiple power access points distributed across the floor.

The furniture includes a large variety of types and supports individuals, and small to large groups for working and collaborating. There are live interior gardens flanking a central connecting staircase with walking pathways and adjacent seating areas.
