UMass Building Authority (UMBA), which serves all of the UMass campuses moved onto the site of the former Mt Ida College. UMBA manages the financing, design, construction, and capital projects for all of the campus buildings. This project included the renovation of an existing building to accommodate offices for UMBA staff, including executive-level offices, as well as conference rooms and meeting hubs.
