MoharDesign developed interior concepts, finishes, and furniture for a multidisciplinary research environment supporting researchers in Physics, Biology, and Psychology. The project emphasizes shared core facilities for Physics and Life Sciences while accommodating private faculty offices, postdoctoral offices, graduate write-up zones, conference rooms, administrative support areas, labs, break spaces, and public areas.

Interior motifs reinforce connections to the surrounding landscape, with angled patterns in terrazzo and rubber flooring echoing exterior paver geometries. Numerous workstations and collaborative zones create a flexible, cohesive environment that supports focused research, interdisciplinary exchange, and evolving academic needs.
