MoharDesign provided full interior design services for South Residential Village at Case Western Reserve University, including interior concepts, finishes, and comprehensive FF&E design, specifications, and procurement management.

The project includes two new residence halls providing 600 student beds, along with wellness areas, study spaces, active lounges, meeting rooms, rehearsal spaces, and shared kitchenettes. Designed to feel like home while connecting to the surrounding neighborhood, the interiors draw from a palette inspired by the four seasons. Extensive dorm room mock-ups informed durable, comfortable furnishings, while flexible furniture solutions support multi-purpose lounges and collaborative student life environments.
