300 Binney Street at the Broad Institute is a 225,000-square-foot biomedical research facility supporting leading programs in cancer research, genetics, metabolomics, and population genomics. The building integrates advanced laboratory environments with adjacent write-up areas, offices, boardrooms, huddle rooms, café spaces, and collaborative zones distributed across multiple floors. Designed to foster interdisciplinary discovery, the facility balances high-density research operations with vibrant social and meeting environments.

MoharDesign provided comprehensive FF&E services in collaboration with HGA, furnishing several hundred adjustable-height workstations, private offices, and meeting rooms ranging from high-profile boardrooms to flexible small-group spaces. Breakout and lounge areas are strategically placed throughout the building to promote interaction. A full-spectrum color palette differentiates each floor, reinforcing identity and wayfinding while energizing the research workplace.
