Swampscott Hadley Elementary School is a new 154,000-square-foot facility serving 900 students in grades K–4 and designed to support contemporary elementary education. The school includes an auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium, art and performing arts spaces, media center, STE and Maker spaces, SPED classrooms, administration and guidance areas, and collaborative break zones integrated within classroom clusters. MoharDesign provided comprehensive FF&E consulting services including programming, design, specifications, bidding, and procurement management. Furniture solutions support flexible instruction, active learning, and age-appropriate collaboration throughout the building. Procurement was managed in accordance with MSBA protocols, ensuring compliance while delivering durable, adaptable furnishings that enhance both daily learning and large-scale school events.
