Located on Yale’s West Campus, a manufacturing facility was repurposed as a new space for the Yale Energy Sciences. The space includes private offices that wrap around a large open office area with 60 workstations designed to provide storage and privacy, while also promoting interaction. MoharDesign organized the densely packed space with post & beam elements that create visual divisions, direct flow and provide markerboard & tackboard elements. The kitchen/break area includes cork flooring, glass tile, and quartz counters.
