LEED: Gold Targeted

A new state-of-the-art research and teaching space with chemistry laboratories, lecture halls, study rooms and break areas. MoharDesign integrated the interior palette and finishes with the building's use of natural granite, exposed concrete columns and white oak. The lobby &  staircase flooring is porcelain tile with a predominant stripe continuing up the main stairs and morphs into the pattern found in the rubber tile used in the labs and corridors. The palette is neutral with accented furniture in reds & purples. The FF&E package was a Rhode Island State bid package.
